Good Charlotte
Thursday was fucking cool. I loved it. I thought it totally rocked. Me, Sharm, anne and benji boy went to audition for the GC army at mediacorp reception. Sharm n bb stayed over at my place on wed night and we were like having so much fun practicing and jumping around like total idiots. Oh yes, and also making fun of Denise Keller's "dramatic" speech in eye for a guy. hahah. All thanks to wonderful nat for ditching me and gc to go to malaysia and mischa for having a sore throat. Bad timing, guys.
Well, thursday was indeed awesome. Sharm and i had to get our asses of bed at 6:30 a.m. so fucking early! It felt like getting up for sch. but we dragged ourselves off and got all ready. We were dressed all punk. gosh, its like ive never worn so much eyeliner before! hahah. Left home and took a bus.
Dammit! all these pple on the bus and mrt were giving us the "looks". stupid pple. They are like so dumb. hahah. but whtever, we ignored them and had fun. Talk about fishnets! more like, torn fishnets! *grins* i love u sharm.
Reached j8 and had breakfast at mac. Met up with anne and left for mediacorp reception. So bloody nervous. We were like the third group there. we wanted to get anne's guy to play the guitar but we realised we were better off without one. So we did bb's makeup in the males loo. yeah, the cubicles were pretty funky. hahah.
Finally at like 1, when the mediacorp crew came down, we registered. And Vernon A came out and told us to scream. We screamed so much,i felt my throat was dying. We went into the recording studios and we met Grace, Vernon, justin and Mark Richmond! Mark was blonde, he looked hot. and he winked at me, okay!
So after auditions, we left with perfect 10 goodies. Went back to j8. some guy approached bb and was like "why are u dressing like a ghost?" bcuz bb had benji's eyeliner down his eyes. i was like "fuck off loser! u dont know anything!" gosh. singaporeans. so fucking lame.
but overall, we had so much fun. and our 30s speech rocked.
" Last night, we were thinking about what we should say to convince u guys that we should be part of the gc army and we realized that we couldnt put the inspiration their music gives us into mere words. We can relate to their songs so much so that it seems that their songs are about problems we go through in our everyday lives.
We deserve to be part of the good charlotte army bcuz we're such huge fans! As we totally love good charlotte and their music, we feel that it would be a great honour to be selected as part of the gc army and spread NOISE TO THE WORLD! "
