Its difficult to understand why you dont get along with people who you used to. Its hard to realise that the person who probably meant alot to you before, doesnt mean that much anymore...or sadly, doesnt mean a thing anymore. and you force yourself to believe that there is still something there, something keeping you guys together. but you realise that, that particular something is now gone. forever.
People always leave. not to be sadistic peyton from onetreehill, but seriously, people ALWAYS leave. There is NO such thing as living the moments we once used to share because frankly everyone has moved on. time doesnt wait, neither do people. We may all have shared something special with each other in one point in our lives, but thats the past and its over. People move on with different lifestyle and priorities..and they drift apart.
I am grateful to have certain people in my life who stayed on with me. you know who you guys are! i am thankful that even if we're near or miles apart on opposite ends of the world, we still care. and i guess thats what true friends are, the people that stick with you. forever.
It disgusts me when someone talks about replacing friends. you cant replace friends. YOU JUST CANT. you can meet new ones, but no one out there will ever replace the old friends that you have.
So we're all on different pages in our lives right now. I have a feeling that one day we'll be on the same pages like we were before, and we'll definitely relive those moments again.
Until then, i hope you all have wonderful lives. and i promise, that we'll be on the same page one day.
